Imphal, March 06 2013: A delegation of five members from the State led by Dr M Nara, former minister and National Coordinator of Electoral Reforms in India (CERI), has left Imphal to participate in a three-day National Level Workshop with MPS and leaders of different political parties in New Delhi.
The delegation comprises Dr M Nara; Maibam Dhanabir Meetei, Exe Editor of Imphal Free Press; Dr Arambam Birjit Singh, scholar; K Noren Singh and Th Baleshwor Singh, secretaries of AIYF, Manipur.
