Imphal, July 04 2013: Manipur University Vice-Chancellor Prof H Nandakumar Sharma has stated that MU authority would consider bringing engaged staff under Employees’ Provident Fund.
At present, the number of sanctioned non-teaching staff in Manipur University is 411.Out of them 281 are regular staff while 170 are engaged staff.
The VC also noted the need to ensure social security for the engaged staff too.
