Imphal, May 15, 2013: A Sub-Inspector of Manipur Police, RK Binodjit, arrested in connection with the smuggling of drugs, has been remanded to 15 days judicial custody. He was produced before the Special Court (NPDS), Lamphelpat today.
SI RK Bidondjit, who was then the OC of Moreh Police Commando post, was arrested by Thoubal Police Commandos on May 8 in connection with the seizure of drugs worth Rs 3.50 crore from 11 police personnel along with two officers on April 28 .
SI Binodjit was in Police Custody from May 9 .
