Imphal, August 31 2013 : Speaker of the Manipur Legislative Assembly, Th Lokeshwar Singh has left New Delhi today for Johannesburg, South Africa to attend the 59th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference.
According to his PA, the Speaker would return to the State in the last part of September after touring different cities across the UK and USA as post conference tours.
