Union Budget 2015: It is pro-poor, Opposition has lost it, say NDA ministers
New Delhi: Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s Cabinet colleagues have praised him for the Union Budget 2015 calling historical, pro-poor and visionary.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted half-a-dozen tweets applauding the Budget. “Union Budget 2015 is a Budget with a clear vision. It is a Budget that is progressive, positive, practical, pragmatic & prudent,” he said.
He said, “FM @arunjaitley must be congratulated for this pro-poor, pro-growth, pro-middle class, pro-youth & paradigm shifting Budget.”

Modi said, “I congratulate FM for doing an excellent job in respecting aspirations of the States & at the same time delivering on National priorities.”
He also said, “Budget indicates our commitment to ensure that development of Eastern & Northeastern parts of India gets an impetus & drives future growth.
