Instead of targeting BJP, Congress should try to find its leader: Prakash Javadekar’s dig at Rahul

Bengaluru: Meeting for the first day of the National Executive, the Bharatiya Janata party trained guns at the Opposition for making desperate attempts to malign their image.

Taking a dig at the Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi, BJP leader Prakash Javadekar said that they should rather focus on finding their own leader. “Opposition and especially the Congress is desperate and trying to find out issues which are not there. Instead of trying to find out issues, they should try to find their leader,” he said.

He also claimed that the BJP is concerned about the farmers and the proposed Land Bill takes the interests of the poor into account. “BJP is friends of farmers, it is party of farmers. BJP is doing everything for farmers. The Congress had put in the WTO that we will not have Minimum Support Prices (MSP) but we fought at and made it sure that farmers will have MSP for their crops,” he said.
