MEA Spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin and Sankarshan Thakur clash on Twitter!
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a three-nation tour nine-day tour. On Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Francois Hollande enjoyed a joint boat cruise on La Seine river which was described as “Naav Pe Charcha” (chat on the boat).
Tweeting about this was Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson, Syed Akbaruddin. He posted a picture of PM Modi with President Hollande on the boat and captioned it after famous Bollywood movie ‘An Evening In Paris’.
An evening in Paris. PM @narendramodi & Prez @fhollande attract huge attention during boat ride on the Seine. http://ift.tt/1afqgze

This tweet garnered enormous response on Twitter. But what Akbarudin did not expect to happen was this. Journalist Sankarshan Thakur replied to Akbaruddin on Twitter saying he can neither see the boat nor the river Seine.
.@MEAIndia Voila! But don’t see no Seine, and don’t see no boat on it. @narendramodi@fhollande#AnEveningInParis
— Sankarshan Thakur (@SankarshanT) April 10, 2015
In a befitting reply, Akbaruddin tweeted the following picture as a proof.
.@SankarshanT Hope this helps u identify the waters of the Seine. http://ift.tt/1yjbRxH
— Syed Akbaruddin (@MEAIndia) April 10, 2015
After seeing this brilliant response from Akbaruddin, Thakur chose to remain silent.
