Imphal, January 20 2014 : In a bizarre development it has come to light that the name of sitting MLA, Vungzagin Valte of Thanlon AC and a member of the ADC, Churachandpur H Mangchinkhup have been found deleted from the voters’ list of their respective Assembly Constituencies.
Taking serious note of the matter, the two have written to the State Chief Electoral Officer complaining against the deletion of their names from the voters’ list in the Electoral Roll under Special Summary Revision 2014 and appealed to take up appropriate action.
