Imphal, September 20 2013 : Mera Hou Chongba will be celebrated with the attendence of people of different communities of the State at Royal Palace and Kangla on October 17 and 18 .
Organiser of the event, Mera Hou Chongba Thousil Lup has appealed to the general public to extend monetary help from September 20 .
