Imphal, September 22 2013: Former Finance Minister and MLA, C Doungel will contest the forthcoming Lok Sabha election in Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency under the NCP ticket.
This was informed by NCP State unit president L Ibomcha.
Acting on the advice of NCP Central leaders to field a candidate in the Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency, C Doungel’s bio-data has been dispatched to the Central leaders.
However, NCP is still undecided whether it would field any candidate in the Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency.
