Imphal, September 27 2013 : The proscribed Revolutionary People’s Front (RPF) has refuted having any relation whatever with one Nandeibam Vogen alias Vagi Vogen (45) s/o (L) N Bihari of Haobam Marak Chingtham Leikai who was reportedly arrested by a team of Imphal East police commandos on Sept 26 around 5.15pm, according to a statement issued by Bangkim, chief, dept of publicity, RPF.
