GANGTOK, 26 Sept: Three matches were played in the ongoing 2nd Sikkim Inter-Church Football Tournament 2013 today here at Paljor Stadium. Out of them, two matches were decided through penalty shoot-outs.
In the first match of the day, Bethany Church Ranipool thrashed Bethesda Gangtok 5-0. In another nail-biting match, EPCS Gangtok edged past United Church of Mangan in the tie-breaker 5-4. Similarly, in another closely played match, Vishwavani Sikkim outplayed Alfa Masihi Mandali in another tie-breaker 5-3.
