Imphal, September 18 2013: The mobile sale of rice at subsidised price by State Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution department has completed its third day today.
The mobile sale was held today at Singjamei Chinga-mathak, Khurai Telipati, Lamlong Bazar, Hatta Golapati and Nagamapal.
10 kgs each of rice were sold to each person at lower price.
The same would be held tomorrow at Naoremthong, Meetei Mayek HS Mamang, Kongba, Mantripukhri, Samumakhong and Hatta Golapati.
Mobile sale of rice would also be launched at all district headquarters from Sept 21, Director of CAF&PD said.
