Imphal, September 13 2013 : The Indo ASEAN Friendship Organisation, Manipur has congratulated Dr Chito Singh Thokchom s/o Th Dhaneshor and Th (O) Ibechaobi Devi of Singjamei Chinga Makha Meisnam Leikai for completing a superspecialist course in cardio vascular and thoracic surgery from a renowned medical college in Kolkata.
A statement of the IAFOM also expressed pride over the feat achieved by Dr Chito Singh Thokchom.
