Imphal, October 03 2013: Ex-MLA from Wangoi AC, Salam Joy has been arrested by a team of NIA sleuths from Guwahati today, said a source.
Details are not available till the time of filing this report late in the evening.
Salam Joy was elected to the 9th Assembly on a NCP ticket from Wangoi Assembly Constituency.
