Imphal, October 02 2013: Thangmeiband Block Congress Committee has felicitated Chingshubam Victor Singh s/o (L) Ch Tejmani Singh and Ch (O) Premlata Devi of Thangmeiband Kabrambam Leikai, Imphal today.
Victor was felicitated on his various achievements in the field of Advance Japanese Language from reputed institutions and other International Level Scholarship, at the Thangmeiband residence of Jyotin Waikhom, Secretary MPCC, and an interaction program was conducted.
He is now working as a Senior Japanese Language Expert at M/s Larsen and Tourbro Mitsubishi Turbine Generation (Pvt) Ltd, Surat, Gujarat.
