Imphal, October 02 2013: Sleuths of Narcotic Cell of Imphal West District arrested one person along with 100 grams of Heroin powder and one pistol 7.65mm bearing No RP 144878 (Gun licence no 490/DM/IW) with seven live rounds of .32 ammunitions at 11.30 am today.
A press note issued by SP/IW said, Md Khullakpam Ajmal Shah (39) s/o Md Kh Amjad Shah of Khergao Keikhu Mamang Leikai was arrested along with the said articles from Hatta Golapati near the southern gate of Tusks and Bons Filling Stn (Oil pump).
The arrested person and seized articles have been handed over to OC/Porompat Police Station for further necessary action.
