Imphal, October 04 2013 : International Handicapped Welfare Mission, Manipur celebrated its 18th foundation anniversary today at Lamyanba Shanglen, Palace Compound with MLA RK Anand and Imphal West Zila Parishad adhyaksha Ch Bijenti Devi as the chief guest and president respectively.
The celebration function was also attended by Director of Prosecution Ng Tejkumar Singh and Padmashree L Nabakishore, also fondly referred as Father of Handicap, as the guests of honour.
As a part of the function, the 10th State Level song competition based on Nabaki- shore’s write-up Chummi Haina Loubibra ? Lalli Haina Loubibra ? was also organised at the same venue.
