Imphal, February 25 2013: The proscribed RPF today observed its 34th foundation day (Independence Demand Day) at the party’s council headquarters, central headquarters, general headquarters, tactical commands, strategic commands, 252 mobile battalion, other units of the PLA, central bureau, SR-1, SR-2,SR-3 .
SR-4 and other places.
In the last 34 years since RPF took birth, the outfit has been waging a war of liberation together with the mass to restore the lost sovereignty of Manipur, said a press release issued by its Secretary Publicity Roben Khuman.
On the occasion of the party’s 34th foundation day, President Irengbam Chaoren gave valuable speech and words of encouragement to RPF as well as PLA.

The leaders also appealed to all indigenous people of the land to share and carry out their responsibilities to free themselves from the shackles of alien rule and towards establishment of self rule for a free, prosperous and egalitarian Manipur, it conveyed.
It further acknowledged all the help and aid provided by people towards the liberation movement.
