Imphal, February 12 2013: The State Government and the Government of India would sign separate MoUs with URF, KCP (Lamphel) and KYKL-MDF at 1st Bn Manipur Rifles tomorrow.
The scheduled meeting where the MoUs would be signed would be attended by Ministry of Home Affairs Special Secretary (Internal Security) S Jayaraman and Joint Secretary (NE) Shambhu Singh.
The State Government would be represented by Principal Secretary (Home) Suresh Babu.
Moreover, 190 cadres and leaders of the three UG groups would take part in the meeting, informed a source.
