Imphal, February 13 2013: South East Asia Cultural Organisation (SEACO) today released the picture of Shingjakhombi Humpu Leima Nareng Subi (Goddess of education and learning) in a function held at GM Hall today.
Manipur State Archives Deputy Director Dr K Sushila and SEACO president Koijam Brojen were the chief guest and president of the function respectively.
IPSA advisor H Ibotombi Khuman, Kanglamei president Y Leirik Leima, CLK chief advisor Ayekpam Langdon Leima, KSA president Thangjam Premananda, DESAM president Wangmayum Islauddin, MSF president Longjam Umakanta, AMSU vice-president Md Abdul Huq Shah and SUK president Jayentakumar Khuman were also present in the function as guests of honour.
