Imphal, February 14 2013: The State’s annual plan outlay for 2012-13 has been revised from Rs 3500 crores to Rs 2653.23 crores which means a deduction of Rs 846.77 crores.
The annual plan outlay was revised in view of the State’s financial condition, unlikely release of Rs 300 crores under Additional Central Resource (ACR) and Rs 100 crores under External Aided Projects (AEP) and release of reduced fund under Special Central Assistance (SCA) .
As there would be Budget session of the State Assembly in March first week, the Chief Secretary has instructed all departments to prepare and submit revised estimates to the Finance Department by February 18 .
