Imphal, February 15 2013: The proscribed RPF has claimed that the bomb attack which targetted troops of 10 Assam Rifles between Haorang Lamkhai and Heibongpokpi this afternoon was carried out by a special warfare group of its army wing PLA.

A press release issued by the outfit’s Publicity Secretary Roben Khuman asserted that the recent surrender of some pseudo revolutionaries would not affect the genuine revolutionary groups or the liberation movement.

Reacting to the claim of IG AR (S) that they achieved commendable success in their efforts to contain the revolutionary movement, the outfit remarked that the claim has no substance.

PLA would never rest until all the Indian military personnel are driven out from the soil of Manipur, it reiterated.
