Imphal, February 15 2013: A team of Thoubal district police arrested an activist of KCP (KK Nganba) identified as Sagolsem Hemchandra Singh (39) s/o (L) S Kunjo of Yairipok Laimanai Top Chingtha Arambam Leirak, from his residence yesterday around 5pm.According to Thoubal Police statement, the arrested activist is working under one Khoirom Rocky Meitei alias Ranjit Thapa (33) s/o (L) Kh Ningthouren of Yairipok Laimanai, finance in-charge of the outfit.
