Imphal, March 22 2013: Informing that security forces under the aegis of Red Shield Division provided medical aid to road accident victims, a PIB (DW) release said On March 21, a Bolero Jeep (white) bearing No.MN 08 3478 and carrying three passengers, moving from Imphal to Nonei lost control and fell down to a depth of about 200 ft near MS 39 � MS 40 at NH -37.Troops of 10 Assam Rifles who were on regular patrolling duty on NH � 37 rushed to the site and evacuated all the three passengers of the vehicle, out of which two died on the spot and one suffered serious injuries.
the injured was immediately evacuated by troops of 10 Assam Rifles to Imphal in a civil vehicle for necessary medical assistance, added the release.
