Imphal, March 25, 2013: Although March 31 falls on Sunday, the State Government has declared it as a working day for all Government offices and financial institutions in the State.
An order to this effect was issued today by the Government while also directing all HoDs/Treasury/Sub-treasury officers and employees to attend office on March 31 (Sunday) as usual as working day.
Significantly, March 31 is Easter Sunday while the financial year also ends on the day.
