Imphal, March 16 2013 : A one-day free health camp cum voluntary blood donation camp was held today at Moreh town under the auspices of SDPO Moreh H Balaram, Shija Hospitals and Research Institute Managing Director Dr Kh Palin, Moreh PS OC O Doren and Commando Moreh Unit OC in-charge RK Binodjit.
Apart from denizens of Moreh, a large number of Myanmarese people from across the international border came to the health camp.
health problems related to Medicine, Paediatrics, ENT, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Plastic Surgery, etc were examined/diagnosed.
Dr Palin said that Shija Hospitals was planning to conduct a free surgical treatment for birth defects of cleft lip and palate in Saigang division of Myanmar in the near future.
