Imphal, March 12 2013: Y Basanta Singh, L Maheshkumar Singh, Bijendra Koijam, Abdul Hakim and Sh Ibungo Singh have been elected as the president, vice-president, general secretary, joint secretary and treasurer respectively of the Non-Teaching Employees Welfare Association of RIMS for the term 2013-15, informed a statement.
