Imphal, March 07 2013: The term of the incumbent interim body of ATSUM has been extended for another three months besides expanding the interim body with the induction of seven members.
This was decided during a joint meeting of tribal student leaders convened by the ATSUM interim body at KIC Hall, Churachandpur on February 23, said a statement said a statement issued by the ATSUM.
The meeting felt that ANSAM and KSO need to sit together to chalk out a common and acceptable formula for the reformation of ATSUM as there can never be ATSUM without the two prominent student bodies.
Meanwhile, the Interim Body meeting will be held on Mar 9 at Lamphel, it informed.
