Imphal, March 07 2013: Chief Secretary DS Poonia today presided an official meeting and reviewed the extent of plan amount for 2012-13 expended so far.
During the meeting which was attended by heads of different departments, the Chief Secretary suggested the HODs to send utilization certificates for projects taken up with Additional Central Assistance (ACA) fund, if any department has not yet sent the same till date.
The meeting also deliberated on the report that only 35 per cent of the plan amount could be utilised by the end of February.
