Dimapur, March 16 2013 : The Tangkhul Shanao Long, Delhi (TSLD) or Tangkhul Women Union-Delhi has informed the parents and guardians of the children who were rescued on March 12 from Grace Home, Jaipur that the children are safe and under the protection of Child Welfare Committee, Rajasthan.
They will be repatriated through the concerned authorities of each state the children belong to, the TSLD said.
“The responsibility of restoring them lies with the concerned state agencies and we would therefore like to caution against dubious agencies and individuals who will approach the family and relatives with misinformation and also give threat calls,” the Tangkhul women organisation added.
Seven members of TSLD have been camping at Jaipur extending care and support to the children and helping the Rajasthan agencies for swift restoration of the children.
