Imphal, June 27 2013: Hangun Youth organised an awareness programme on Islam and general education at Hangun Awang Leikai today.
WAKF Board Project Director Habibur Rahman, local elder Babu, RNBA Consultant Rafi Shah and Riyajuddin of WAKF Board were the chief guest, president and guests of honour of the programme respectively.
Speaking at the occasion, Habibur Rahman said that parents and guardians must identify the potential and talents of their children in order to guide them to success in their chosen field.
Opining that people residing in interior areas are not that well versed in nurturing the talents of children, Habibur Rahman suggested the parents to adopt friendly approach in guiding their children instead of threatening them.
