Imphal, June 22 2013 : DGP Y Joykumar and DIG (Range-I) Clay Khongsai today left Imphal for Birmingham, UK to attend a two-day conference there.
“Securing Asia” is the topic of the conference which would be held on June 24 and 25 at Queen Elizabeth II Conference Hall, Birmingham.
