Imphal, June 24 2013: Personnel of 6 Manipur Rifles posted at Cheirap Court Complex today caught two thieves red handed while the two were tryinh to steal a bike near Cheirap Court Complex.
The two lifters have been identified as Ayekpam Sushilkumar (33) of Mutum Phibou and Huidrom Inao of Yumnam Huidrom.
They were later handed over to the police.
