Imphal, July 14 2013: Imphal witnessed a total blackout today evening, following a major break down at the 33 KV Bus, Yurembam which is the main power feeder to all sub-stations, said Chief Engineer of the Power Department today.
The fault will be repaired tomorrow morning.
