Imphal, July 20 2013 : The Raphei Katamnao Long (RKL) has announced that it fully supports the Tangkhul Frontal Organisation’s noncooperation movement against the incumbent Ukhrul DC.
A statement issued by the president of RKL, RS Kapangsing said the student body would refrain from any subsequent meeting with the district administration.
