Imphal, July 25 2013: The proscribed KCP-MC has claimed its hand in lobbying a hand grenade inside the compound of Little Master English Higher Secondary School, Samurou.
A press release jointly signed by the outfit’s commander-in-chief Lamyanba Khuman and publicity officer Chenglensana Mangang said that it was first the warning to M Thoiba for his arrogant attitude towards the public and indecent conduct towards girl students.
It alleged that Thoiba and his younger brother misbehaved with a girl student a few years back.
Asserting that such people need to be uprooted from the society, the outfit appealed to all the people to stay away from Thoiba.
It further informed all private schools that the outfit would start monitoring their practice of taking admission and tuition fees at their own whims.
