Imphal, July 23 2013: KRA(U) has pledged not to collect money from the public in any manner henceforth.
Notably KRA(U) is a constituent member of KNO, one of the two conglomerates of Kuki armed groups under tripartite SoO involving both the Centre and State Government.
Talking to media persons somewhere in Sadar Hills this afternoon, KRA (U) commander-in-chief SHT George informed all activities of fund collection would be suspended with immediate effect.
People should know that the outfit has nothing to do if any monetary demand is served in the name of KRA(U).
People may do what they think fit is any person serving monetary demand in the name of the outfit is rounded up.
The new arrangement would remain in force until further order, George said.
