Dy CM accountable, alleges KCP MC

Source:

Imphal, July 14 2013: KCP-MC (Lallumba group) has asserted that Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam should take the responsibility of re-arresting ousted party president Lallumba and also for recovering the money he swindled from the party cadres.

Speaking to media persons at their temporary designated camp at Khabeisoi 7 MR complex, the outfit’s general secretary Wahengbam Ramananda alias Rausow said that the amount swindled by Lallumba was sanctioned by the Government of India.

If Lallumba has not fled , there should an investigation should be conducted to ascertain whether Lallumba swindled the money or not.

Even though the party has appealed to the Government to do the needful, the truth still remains unclear.

Even if Lallumba pays back the amount he swindled, he would not be given any place in the party, said Rausow.

Out of the total amount entitled to 69 cadres and one politburo member which was swindled by Lallumba, amounts entitled to 12 cadres were withdrawn using forged signatures in connivance with some bank officials.

Some of the said 12 cadres have joined Assam Rifles, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, CRPF and IRB.

One cadre has expired.

The 12 cadres never furnished their signatures again after opening the bank accounts.

It remains a big question how their account balance turned out nil when they never furnished their signatures excepting the ones given at the time of opening bank accounts.

KCP-MC (Lallumba group) president Ksh Lallumba alias Hitendra alias Kritibash, now ousted from the party left the party’s temporary designated camp on June 9 .

Since then his whereabouts remain unclear.
