Imphal, July 13, 2013: Inner Manipur MP, Dr Th Meinya has condoled the demise of former MLA P Munal Singh.
The State has lost a social worker with the demise of Munal Singh, the MP said in a condolence message while also sharing the grief and pain of the bereaved family.
