Imphal, June 08, 2013: Deriding the recent announcement of 13 Opposition parties that common candidates would be fielded in the next Parliamentary election, President of Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee and Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam today said that any party which seeks to sup with the NPF would amount to striking a partnership with a political party whose agenda is to break Manipur.
Gaikhangam said this while addressing a one day block level political workers’ conference of the Langthabal Block Congress Committee.
