Imphal, June 14 2013 : The apex Tangkhul students’ body has cautioned one W.Shinglai (Washington Shinglai), a Tangkhul saying the latter has no endorsement from the former.
“To avoid future complication it is to clarify to all concerns that W.Shinglai (Washington Shinglai), even though a Tangkhul has no endorsement whatsoever to represent Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong (TKS) which is the apex students’ body of the Tangkhul community,” TKS president Yangmi Kapai has said today.
The TKS chief that said that anything to do with the Tangkhul students’ affairs directly or indirectly as the case may be, is controlled by the TKS.
“Anyone meddling with the affairs of the students’ body (TKS) by way of misrepresentation, impersonation or by action tarnishing the image of the TKS shall be dealt firmly without any compunction,” Yangmi Kapai warns.
